The Bridges Golf Club

The Bridges Golf Club is an 18-hole championship daily-fee course in the rolling foothills of San Ramon, designed by Johnny Miller with Damian Pascuzzo and opened in 1999. Playing roughly 6,861 yards to a par 72 with a slope of 147, it is one of the most demanding public layouts in the East Bay — accuracy matters far more than length, with few flat lies, dramatic hillsides and large, undulating greens.

Though it carries the look and feel of a private club — a Mediterranean-villa clubhouse with valley views and a full event and wedding venue — it is open to the public. A 2013 bunker renovation removed dozens of the original hazards to improve playability, and the par-3s and risk-reward tee shots, including the standout 8th with its valley vista, give the course its distinct character.

Facilities include a lighted driving range, chipping area and putting green, plus a restaurant and bar. Green fees run higher on weekends than weekdays; tee times can be booked online through GolfNow.
